For those seeking exposure in fashion and design
“Ricochet” opened fourteen years ago as a children’s consignment store and has evolved into a new line of one-of-a kind wearable art. Keeping the environment in mind, all garments are made from sustainable and recycled materials to create a fresh vintage look. Each is unique, with a European flair.
Looking for:
I am looking for someone who is available between four to eight hours a week and has an interest in the different aspects of the fashion industry. Having sewing experience is a plus, but not mandatory. The times are flexible, but you must be reliable.
You will also gain experience in design, retail sales, participation in street fairs and possibly fashion shows. Commission is available for interns who participate in festivals, and fairs with a min of eight hours a week in the workshop.
The fun part of it all, I think, is that you will have hands on experience helping to work with a very creative line of clothes.
